Rocky Mountain Root has a No Kid Hungry Supper Program – below are the details….
On behalf of Mountain Roots, I would like to share this information with you to pass on to your members and families regarding our No Kid Hungry Supper Program.
We know that COVID-19 has created multiple challenges for families. If you find that nutritious, ready-made meals would help you and your children in these challenging times, we invite you to apply.
How It Works:
Mountain Roots and local restaurants are partnering to prepare healthy family suppers, delivered to your door twice a week for the next 4-6 weeks. Suppers are available on a sliding scale from $0-$20. Each supper serves about 4 people. There will be a variety
of meals served over the time period. Meals will be delivered between 3-5 p.m. Choose Tuesdays, Fridays, or both, depending on your need.
REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
FIRST MEAL DELIVERY TUESDAY APRIL 14 & FRIDAY APRIL 17
For our first week, we have enough suppers for 100 families
As more funding becomes available, we will open up opportunities for more families to join
and extend the number of weeks we are able to provide meals.
How to Sign Up:
1.Fill our our short Google Inquiry Form on our website (mountainrootsfoodproject.org) to join the program. Indicate what you are able to pay.
2.Our coordinator, Sasha Legere, will provide you with a link to register and a code for your sliding scale payment ($0 – $20 per supper) Each supper feeds 4 people.
3.Meals will be delivered to your door between 3-5 p.m.
4.Heat and serve, and enjoy a healthy, nourishing meal.
